[目的]研究羟丙基-β-环糊精(HP-β-CD)对黄芩苷离体角膜透过率的影响,探讨其在眼用制剂中的应用。[方法]采用体外扩散实验考察不同浓度的HP-β-CD对黄芩苷兔角膜透过率的影响。[结果]11%和15%的HP-β-CD使黄芩苷的表观渗透系数分别增加了1.66倍和1.33倍,与对照组相比有差异(P<0.05),而7.0%和20%的HP-β-CD未能显著增大黄芩苷的表观渗透系数(P>0.05)。[结论]11%和15%HP-β-CD能够显著增大黄芩苷的表观渗透系数,且对角膜无刺激性。 |

Abstract: |
[Objective] To explore the use of HP-β-CD as a preparation in ophthalmology. [Methods] The effects of HP-β-CD on the corneal permeability for Baicalin were investigated in vitro in isolated corneas of rabbit. [Results] The 11% and 15% HP-β-CD could in-crease the appeared permeability for Baicalin as much as 1.66 and 1.33 times respectively, when compared with the one in the control (P<0.05). However, 7.0% and 20% HP-β-CD didn’t improve the appeared permeability for Baicalin (P>0.05). [Conclusion] The 11% and 15% HP-β-CD enhance the corneal appeared permeability for Baicalin significantly and have not irritation to eye tissues. |
