摘要: |
[目的]探讨类风关1号对佐剂关节炎(AA)大鼠滑膜血管内皮细胞生长因子(VEGF)和环氧化酶2(COX-2)表达的影响。[方法]建立AA大鼠模型,并给予类风关1号灌胃4周,以免疫组化法检测滑膜组织中VEGF和COX-2的表达。[结果]灌胃4周后类风关1号组大鼠膝关节滑膜VEGF和COX-2表达水平明显降低,与AA模型组及雷公藤多苷组相比差异意义有显著性(P<0.01)。[结论]类风关1号可明显抑制滑膜组织中VEGF和COX-2的表达,减轻关节病理性血管增生。 |

Abstract: |
[Objective] To explore the effects of Rheumatoid Arthritis No. 1 on expression of VEGF and COX-2 in synovial membrane in rats with adjuvant arthritis(AA). [Methods] The model of adjuvant arthritis was established in rats. After administration by Rheumatoid Arthritis No. 1,for 4 weeks the immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of VEGF and COX-2 in synovial membrane of rats. [Results] The expression of VEGF and COX-2 in Rheumatoid Arthritis No. 1 group was significantly decreased compared to the groups of model and tripterygium wilfordii(P<0.01). [Conclusion] Rheumatoid Arthritis No.1 can significantly inhibit the expression of VEGF and COX-2 in synovial membrane of rate with adjuvant arthritis,reduce the inflammation of knee joint. |
