| [目的]鉴别市场上流通的一种假冒徐长卿的伪品,避免误用。[方法]用传统鉴定方法及现代鉴定技术,对徐长卿与伪品徐长卿进行比较鉴别。[结果]徐长卿与伪品徐长卿的药材性状、显微特征及高效液相色谱法(HPLC)指纹图谱均存在不同之处。[结论]此伪品与正品徐长卿有明显差异,不能用于临床。 |

| Abstract: |
| [Objective] To identify Paniculate Swallowwort and a kind of false Paniculate Swallowwort. [Methods] Paniculate Swallowwort and the false one were identified by traditional methods and modern technology. [Results] Summarizing some differences in materia medica descriptions,microscope characteristic and HPLC fingerprint graphics the identification between Paniculate Swallowwort and the false was performed. [Conclusion] An obvious difference was found between False Paniculate Swallowwort and the real one. It can’t be used as Paniculate Swallowwort in clinic. |
