浅论肾气天癸太冲脉在月经产生机制中的作用

摘要:

对月经产生的机制进行了探讨,提出了月经是肾气化作用的结果观点。论述了肾气,天癸及太冲脉在月经产生中的相互作用和影响。天癸是命门元气的一部分,通过肾脉达于胞宫,从胞宫进入太冲脉。太冲脉是冲脉的下行支——足少阴肾与冲脉相合之脉。由于天癸元气(冲脉之气)从胞宫下行于足少阴肾经,而足少阴经气由足上行,两气相激,可使太冲脉气血渗诸络温肌肉。又由于足少阴肾经表里内外与肝脾心肺的联系,使冲脉气血内养五脏六腑,外濡肌肉关节。肾对月经产生的气化作用,是在气机升降出入有序,经脉循环,气血贯通的生理活动中完成的。肾的藏泻有节而致月经有周期性排血。通过对月经产生机制的探讨,提出了妇科病的治疗要注意运用调气法,对临床常表现的冲脉虚损的病理机制,要补肾益冲气。而冲气逆乱的实证病机要注重调肝畅冲气。

Abstract:

This paper studied the mechanism of menstruation in Chinese medicine. The author advanced the theory that menstrual physiology was relied on the Qihua(Qi activity for transformation of material) of kidney. The functions and affection among Kidney-Qi,Tiangui,and Tai-Chong vessel(penetrating vessels of one branch in legs) in menstrual physiology was discussed. In brief,Tiangui,as one compo-nent of primordial Qi in life-gate,arrived to the uterus through kidney channel. Both Tai-Chong vessel and kidney meridian share the same pathway. The Qi in Tai-Chong vessel supplied by Tiangui went downwards through kidney meridian,meanwhile,Qi in kidney meridian moved upwards. Because the opposite Qi movement the force was created for blood-Qi penetrating into collaterals and muscle,in another hand,Kidney was connected with Heart,Liver,Spleen and Lung through Kidney meridian,so Blood-Qi in Chong vessel could nourish organs inside and muscle,joints outside. The circulated Blood and Qi movement in order with upward,downward,outward and inward brought about regular period bleeding by the function of Kidney on storing and releasing alternatively. Clinically,it was important for regulating Qi movement in treating gynaecological diseases. For the cases of deficiency of Chong-Qi Kidney Qi would be strengthen;However,for excess syndrome with disorder of Chong-Qi movement liver would be regulated.
