| [目的]探讨中药糖复康下调早期糖尿病肾病大鼠肾皮质细胞间黏附因子-1(ICAM-1)表达。[方法]以中药糖复康3.5kg/d、7.5kg/d等不同剂量灌喂大鼠,第12周后以代谢笼留取各组大鼠12h时尿后处死,心脏取血并取双肾固定后备检。[结果]中药糖复康高剂量组降低了糖尿病大鼠肾皮质ICAM-1水平(P<0.001)。[结论]糖复康可显著改善糖尿病时趋化、黏附因素等对糖尿病肾病(DN)发生发展的影响。 |

| Abstract: |
| [Objective] To discuss the effect of Tangfukang in declining the expression of ICAM-1 in rats with early diabetic nephropatly. [Methods] The rats were fed with Tangfukang, 3.5g/kg/d or 7.5g/kg/d. In the 12th week, the 12 hours urine of the rats was collected with the metabolic cage, the cardiac blood samples and the two kidneys were obtained and then the rats were killed. [Results] The high dose Tangfukang could decreased ICAM-1 of rats with early diabetic nephropatly (P<0.001). [Conclusion] Tangfukang capsule can remarkably improve the effect of the chemotaxis, adherence factor to the development of DN. |
