| 红藤方对体外培养的大鼠子宫内膜细胞生长特性的影响 |

| 摘要: |
| [目的]探讨红藤方对大鼠子宫内膜细胞生长特性的影响。[方法]选用SD成熟雌性大鼠建立大鼠子宫内膜细胞培养模型。用噻唑蓝(MTT)比色法检测不同浓度不同处理方式的红藤颗粒剂含药血清作用24、48、72和96h后对大鼠子宫内膜细胞生长的影响,用达那唑含药培养液作阳性对照。[结果]不同浓度含药血清培养大鼠子宫内膜细胞相应时间后,细胞的增殖活性随含药血清浓度升高而降低,呈明显的剂量依赖性,随作用时间延长而降低,具有明显的时间依赖性。[结论]红藤方颗粒剂可显著抑制大鼠体外培养的内膜细胞的生长。 |

| [Objective] To study the effect of Caulis Sargentodoxae prescription on the growth of endometrial cells cultured in vitro in rats. [Methods] Female Sprague-Dawley rats were collected to establish the model of endometriosis in vitro. After culture in media with different concentration Caulis Sargentodoxae prescription and Danazol drug-containing serum for 24, 48, 72 and 96 h, the cell viability was determined by MTT assay. [Results] After different culture periods in different concentration media with drug-containing rat serum, cell viability cultured with drug-containing serum was lower than control cells timeand dosadependently. [Conclusion] Caulis Sargentodoxae prescription and Danazol can restrain the growth of rat endometrial cells. |
