中医辨证治疗对冠心病患者舌象影响的观察

摘要:

[目的]研究冠心病患者在临床辨证治疗中舌象变化的趋势。[方法]冠心病患者按照诊断标准分为(心阴不足证、气虚血瘀证)两组,在采用中药汤剂结合西医常规用药辨证治疗1周后,观察舌体、舌象特征变化。[结果]不同证型患者治疗取效后,构成舌象的可量化因素呈现出不同变化趋势。两组患者治疗后血氧饱和度较治疗前升高,两组患者舌尖部血流灌注率均较治疗前有增加趋势,舌体色度比均发生改变,气虚血瘀组舌津液水平降低,心阴不足组舌津液水平升高,组间差距缩小(P<0.01)。[结论]舌体、舌象信息,能反映出疾病的不同病理性质、病理阶段,并与中医辨证分型存在必然联系。

Abstract:

[Objective] To research the tendency of change of the tongue picture in differentiated treatment of TCM in patients with coronary heart disease (CRD). [Methods] The patients were divided into two groups:patients with insufficiency of heart Yin and patients with Qi deficiency and blood stasis. One week after treatment with TCM decoction and routine treatment of Western medicine the characteristic change of tongue body and tongue picture was observed. [Result] After treatment the quantitative factors in patients of these two groups had different change tendency. The blood oxygen saturation was elevated,the blood perfusion at the tongue tip tended to be increased,the comparative ratio of the color of the tongue body was changed,the level of water in the body was decreased in patients with Qi deficiency and blood stasis,while it was increased in patients with deficiency of heart Yin. The distance between group was decreased (P<0.01). [Conclusion] The tongue body,the information of tongue picture can reflect the disease’s different pathogenesis and the pathology stage and has a inevitable correlation with the differentiation of TCM.
