中西医结合治疗急性大面积脑梗死76例疗效观察

摘要:

[目的]观察中西医结合治疗急性大面积脑梗死临床疗效。[方法]将76例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。对照组采用西医基础及对症治疗;治疗组在基础及对症治疗的基础上加用针灸及中药灌肠,14d后统计疗效。[结果]治疗组总有效率为78.9%,对照组总有效率为52.6%,组间比较具有非常显著性差异(P<0.01)。无神经功能缺损评分治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]中西医结合治疗大面积脑梗死疗效优于单纯西医治疗,并能改善患者的神经功能缺损程度、降低病死率、减少并发症。

Abstract:

[Objective] To observe the clinical effect of integrative medicine therapy on acute massive cerebral infarction. [Methods] Seventy six cases were randomly divided into the observed group and the control group based on the same conventional therapy including reducing intracranial pressure,brain cytoprotection,antiplatelet aggregation,improving cerebral circulation and other symptomatic supportive treatment. The observed group underwent acupuncture treatment and Chinese herbal enema as well as the conventional therapy. The clinical effect was observed after treatment for 14 successive days. [Results] The total effective rate of the observed group was 73.7% and the control group was 52.7%; The data of two groups were dealt with statistics and showed evident difference (P<0 01). Compared with control group,points of the observed group on the neurological deficit scores were significantly decreased (P< 0.05). [Conclusion] The therapeutic effect of the integrated medicine therapy is superior to the Western medicine only on acute massive cerebral infarction. It can improve the nerve function of patients,reduce the mortality and reduce the complications.
