中药煎剂剂型嬗变初探

摘要:

弄清剂型的源流及剂型与剂名的关系,不仅有助于正确理解中医方剂内容,也有利于中医方剂名的规范。同时,研究中医语词的确切含义可为字典、辞书的补遗提供材料。通过对《中医方剂大辞典》以"煎"为剂名的方剂进行地毯式搜索,不仅发现煎剂曾经是煎膏、煎丸、煎汁、汤剂等不同剂型的代称,而且初步考察出这些剂型的历史嬗变情况。

Abstract:

The aim of this paper was to understand the relation between the origin and development of dosage form and dose nomenclature in order to correctly understand the content of TCM prescription and specification. It could provide some supplemental data to dictionary and words book by studying the exact meaning of TCM phraseology. The thought exploration found that the decoction was also the alternative name of soft extract,decoct pill,decoct juice,medicinal broth. The historical evolution of the prescription was primarily explored.
