| 痉咳静治疗小儿百日咳综合征60例 |

| 摘要: |
| [目的]对痉咳静治疗小儿百日咳综合征的疗效进行临床观察。[方法]采用平行对照、随机方法分为治疗组60例,对照组30例。治疗组采用痉咳静,对照组采用罗红霉素颗粒。[结果]治疗组可以明显改善患儿的临床症状,减少痉咳发生的次数、持续时间、痰鸣等症状。[结论]痉咳静治疗小儿百日咳综合征效果好。 |

| Abstract: |
| [Objective] To observe the effect of Jingkejing in treating children with pertussis syndrome.[Methods] All the patients were randomly divided into the treatment group with 60 patients and the control group with 30 subjects.The patients in the treatment group were treated with Jingkejing and those in the control group were given with roxithromycin.[Results] Those children in the treatment group were improved significantly in clinical symptoms including wheezy phlegm.The frequency and duration of spasmodic cough were reduced.[Conclusion] Jingkejing is effective in children with pertussis syndrome. |
