| [目的]验证中药芪芎健肾颗粒对大鼠系膜增生性肾炎的治疗作用。[方法]建立大鼠系膜增生性肾炎模型,观察大鼠24h尿蛋白定量、肾功能和肾脏病理形态学的改变。[结果]芪芎健肾颗粒低剂量组、芪芎健肾颗粒高剂量组与模型组比较,可降低尿蛋白(pro)、血肌酐(CR)、尿素氮(BUN)的含量,抑制系膜细胞增生和系膜基质增多。[结论]芪芎健肾颗粒对系膜增生性肾小球肾炎有治疗作用。 |

| [Objective] To study the therapeutic effects of Qixiong Jianshen granule on mesangial proliferative glomerulonephritis (MsPGN).[Methods] The rat model of MsPGN was established.The quantitative urine protein in 24 hours,renal function and renal pathological changes were observed.[Results] The groups treated by low or high dose of Qixiong Jianshen granule showed decreased urine protein,serum creatinine (SCR),blood urea nitrogen (BUN) and proliferation of MC,and increased EMC.[Conclusion] Qixiong Jianshen granule is effective for MsPGN. |
