| [目的]观察中西医综合干预抑郁症的治疗效果。[方法]将72例符合中国精神疾病分类及诊断标准第3版(CCMD-3)抑郁症诊断标准的患者随机分为研究组和对照组,研究组口服抗抑郁药,结合中医辨证治疗的基础上采用心理干预治疗;对照组口服抗抑郁药治疗,观察研究组和对照组在治疗前后汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)减分情况及抑郁自评量表(SDS)减分情况,评价研究组综合干预的疗效。[结果]研究组在治疗6周末、8周末HAMD改善明显优于对照组,且在SDS改善早于对照组,8周末SDS改善明显优于对照组。[结论]中西医综合干预可有效治疗抑郁症。 |

| Abstract: |
| [Objective] To observe the therapeutic effect of integrated TCM with Western medicine in treating the depression. [Methods] Seventy-two patients diagnosed with CCMD-3 diagnostic criteria were divided into treatment group and control group randomly. The patients in treatment group were treated by anti-depressive drugs and traditional Chinese medicine based on differentiation of symptoms and signs. The psychological treatment was used at the same time. The patients in control group were treated by anti-depressive medicine only. The difference in the treatment group and control group was observed by HAMD and SDS. The integrated therapeutic effect of two groups was evaluated. [Results] The therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than that of control group in the 6th weekend and the 8th weekend by Hamilton. The therapeutic effect of the research group was appeared earlier than that of the compare group. The effect of treatment group was better than that of control group in the 8th weekend by SDS. [Conclusion] Combination of TCM with Western medicine treatment can treat the depression effectively. |
