茵陈失笑散延缓慢性肾功能不全进程的临床研究

摘要:
[目的]观察中药复方茵陈失笑散对慢性肾功能不全的影响。[方法]选择慢性肾功能不全患者100例,其中治疗组50例,观察组50例,治疗组给予茵陈失笑散制剂,对照组给予尿毒清颗粒。观察治疗后患者24h尿蛋白定量、血脂、血尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(SCr)指标的变化。[结果]治疗后患者的24h尿蛋白定量减轻;血浆胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)降低;血尿素氮(BUN)、SCr减低,与对照组比较P<0.01。[结论]中药复方茵陈失笑散可以延缓患者肾功能不全的进程,其作用机制可能与改善脂质代谢,减轻高凝,改善肾小球率过滤,降低肾脏血管阻力,保护和改善患者肾功能有关。

Yinchen and dissipating blood stasis powder ameliorated the process of chronic renal insufficiency

Abstract:
[Objective] To observe the effect of YinchenShixiaosan (Yinchen and dissipating blood stasis powder) on ameliorating the process of chronic renal insufficiency. [Methods] One hundred patients with chronic renal insufficiency were enrolled. Among them,50 patients of treatment group were treated with the preparation of Yinchen and dissipating blood stasis powder and patients of control group were given the particles of Niaoduqing. The total urinary protein for 24 hours,blood fat,BUN and Scr level before and after treatment of two groups were observed. [Results] Compared with control group,the total urinary protein for 24 hours decreased and the TC,TG,BUN and Scr value decreased in patients of treatment group (P<0.01). [Conclusion] Chinese herbal compound Yinchen and dissipating blood stasis powder can slow down the process of renal insufficiency. The effect mechanism maybe correlated with the improvement of lipid metabolism,reducing of high pour point,melioration of glomerular filtration rate,reducing renal vascular resistance,protecting and improving the kidney function.
