养阴温肾活血法治疗糖尿病性肾病临床观察

摘要:

[目的]观察养阴温肾活血法治疗糖尿病肾病(DN)的临床疗效。[方法]入选早期糖尿病肾病82例,随机分为治疗组42例,替米沙坦组40例。两组给予相同的糖尿病基础治疗,治疗组采用养阴温肾活血中药治疗;对照组服用替米沙坦40mg,1次/d。[结果]治疗组总有效率为81%,与对照组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后血尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(Scr)、尿蛋白定量(Alb)、24h尿微量白蛋白排泄率(UAER)明显下降,与治疗前比较,差异有非常显著性意义(P<0、01);2组治疗后BUN、Scr、UAER比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。[结论]养阴温肾活血法治疗糖尿病肾病疗效显著,可降低尿蛋白、改善肾功能,能有效延缓糖尿病肾病的进展。

Abstract:

[Objective] To observe the clinical effect of nourishing Yin,warming kidney and activating blood flow method in treating diabetic nephropathy. [Methods] Eighty-two patients of early diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into two groups:treatment group and control group. Besides the conventional medical treatment of diabetic,42 patients of the treatment group treated by nourishing Yin,warming Kidney and activating blood flow therapy,40 patients of control group were given telmisartan,40mg once a day. [Results] The total efficiency of treatment group was 81%,which was higher than that of control group (P<0.05). After treatment,the BUN,Scr,Alb UAER reduced markedly (P<0.01). The level BUN,Scr,UAER of treatment group was higher than that of control group (P<0.05).[Conclusion] The nourishing Yin,warming kidney and activating blood flow method has curative effect markedly on diabetic nephropathy and may improve the clinical symptoms,reduce urinary albumin and therefore protects renal function.
