| 摘要: |
| [目的]观察补阳还五汤加味对慢性心力衰竭的治疗作用。[方法]将60例慢性心衰患者随机分为治疗组与对照组:对照组(30例)进行西医标准治疗,治疗组(30例)在西医标准基础上同时加服补阳还五汤加味。在治疗前后对心功能状况进行评定。[结果]治疗组在改善症状及提高心功能方面明显优于对照组,其差异具有显著性意义。[结论]补阳还五汤加味联合西药治疗慢性心力衰竭较单独西医常规治疗疗效明显。 |

| [Objective] To observe the therapeutic effect of modified Buyang Huanwu decoction in treating chronic heart failure. [Methods] Sixty patients with chronic heart failure were randomly divided into treatment group and control group:control group (30 cases) was treated with Western standard treatment,the treatment group (30 cases) was additionally treated by Buyang Huanwu Decoction. The heart function was assessed before and after treatment. [Results] The effect of treatment group was better than that of control group in improving the symptoms and heart function significantly,the difference of two groups was statistically significant. [Conclusion] Modified Buyang huanwu decoction combined with Western medicine has significant curative effect in treating chronic heart failure compared with conventional therapy alone. |
