| [目的]为提取纯化后的桑叶总生物碱供试品中的1-脱氧野尻霉素建立测定方法及对方法学进行考察。[方法]1-脱氧野尻霉素供试品的含量测定采用柱前衍生化高效液相色谱法。[结果]制桑叶总生物碱供试品3份,经测定,供试品中1-脱氧野尻霉素的含量分别为7.99%,8.64%,7.09%。[结论]检测方法简单、快速、准确。 |

| Abstract: |
| [Objective] To extract and purify 1-deoxynojirimycin in total alkaloids from mulberry leaf and to establish the method of content determination. [Methods] The 1-deoxynojirimycin in total alkaloids from mulberry leaf was measured by using pre-column derivation high performance liquid chromatography. [Results] In this way,the purity was exceeded above 7.99%,8.64%,7.09%. [Conclusion] This method was simple,high-speed,and accurate. |
