| 三棱针刺络法对照毫针刺法治疗紧张性头痛的临床研究 |

| 摘要: |
| [目的]观察刺络法治疗紧张性头痛的临床疗效。[方法]应用随机数字表法将研究对象分为治疗组和对照组,共纳入90例,治疗组45例,对照组45例,治疗组应用刺络法治疗,对照组应用毫针刺法治疗。[结果]在临床总疗效,改善头痛程度和头痛指数方面刺络法治疗组优于毫针刺法对照组,对于颈部僵硬程度的改善两组间区别不大。[结论]刺络法治疗紧张性头痛疗效肯定。 |

| [Objection] To observe the clinical curative effect of tension headache by three edged needle.[Methods] The stochastic digital method will study divided into the treatment group and control group,45 cases in treatment group and 45 cases in control group.The patients of treatment group were treated by three edged needle and those of control group were treated by acupuncture needle.[Results] Clinical curative effect,improve overall level and headache index headache in treatment group was higher than that of control group.For the neck stiffness,there were little difference between the two groups.[Conclusion] The method of treating tension headache by three edged needle was effective. |
