| [目的]从动物实验探讨金黄膏对糖尿病溃疡的治疗作用机制。[方法]SD大鼠,诱发糖尿病皮肤溃疡模型,随机分为A金黄膏组、B普通胰岛素组、C凡士林组,分时段观察肉芽组织中成纤维细胞数、血管内皮细胞生长因子(VEGF)、CD34、新生毛细血管数。[结果]A组在纤维细胞数、新生毛细血管数及VEGF、CD34等指标与B组、C组比较均有显著性差异。[结论]金黄膏具有明显的促进糖尿病溃疡愈合作用,可能是通过促进成纤维细胞和新生毛细血管的增殖、加快肉芽组织的形成来体现。 |

| Abstract: |
| [Objective] To explore the effect mechanism of Golden-yellow Ointment in treating diabetic ulcers with animal experiments. [Methods] The SD rats with diabetic skin ulcers were randomly divided into Golden-yellow Ointment(Group A),ordinary insulin(Group B),Vaseline group(Group C).Granulation tissue fibroblasts,VEGF,CD34,the number of new capillaries were observed. [Results] The fiber cells,the number of new blood capillaries and VEGF,CD34 and other indicators in Group A compared with Group B,C were significantly different. [Conclusion] The Golden-yellow Ointment may obviously enhance diabetic ulcer healing,the effect mechanism was possibly by promoting fibroblast proliferation and new blood capillaries,speeding up the formation of granulation tissue. |
