消异汤联合低剂量达那唑治疗子宫腺肌症疼痛的临床效果研究

摘要:

[目的]评价消异汤联合低剂量达那唑对子宫腺肌症疼痛的临床治疗价值。[方法]以80例主诉中重度疼痛症状的子宫腺肌症患者为研究对象,随机分组,30例进入联合组服用消异汤联合低剂量达那唑,20例进入西药组服用达那唑常规剂量,20例进入对照组服用非甾体抗炎药治疗,进行前瞻性对照研究。[结果]联合组与西药组对痛经症状有效率分别为83.3%、80.0%,子宫体积缩小11.24%、12.94%,两组无显著差异,对照组对痛经症状有效率为35.0%,子宫体积增大3.91%,前两组与对照组相比有显著差异。[结论]消异汤联合低剂量达那唑能有效缓解子宫腺肌症疼痛症状与常规剂量达那唑相比,不良反应少,是可供临床选择的安全有效的保守治疗方法。

Abstract:

[Objective] To investigate the effects of XiaoYiTang(XYT)combined with low dose of danazol in treating adenomyosis.[Methods] Eighty patients with adenomyosis who had moderate or severe chronic pain were randomly divided into three groups.The patients of the first group was treated with the minimal dose of danazol and XiaoYiTang(XYT)(Com group),those of the second group was treated with the conventional dose of danazol(WM group) and those of the third group was treated with non-steroid anti-inflammatory drugs(control group).[Results] Effective rate on the pain symptoms was 83.3% and 80.0%(P>0.05),rate of reduction of the uterine volume was11.24% and 12.94%(P>0.05) in Com group and WM group respectively.But effective rate of control group was 35.0%,the uterine volume was increase 3.91% with significant difference compared with Com group and WM group.[Conclusions] XiaoYiTang(XYT) with the minimal dose of danazol is a safe and effective method for treating adenomyosis,having liter side effects compared with the conventional dose of danazol.
