止喘汤联合布地奈德吸入治疗轻中度哮喘64例临床观察

摘要:

[目的]观察中西药结合治疗对非急性发作期支气管哮喘的临床疗效。[方法]采用随机对照单盲法将非急性发作期轻中度哮喘患者分为西药治疗组和中西药治疗组,疗程3月;观察患者治疗前后症状、体征及肺功能变化情况,评定近期疗效。[结果]两组治疗前后比较均有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组治疗后中西药治疗组临床有效率、肺功能(FEV1、PEF)改善情况明显优于西药治疗组(P<0.05)。[结论]中西药结合治疗对于哮喘的近期疗效优于单纯西药治疗,为哮喘的中西医结合治疗和辨证论治提供一定的临床思路。

Abstract:

[Objective] To observe the clinical efficacy of integrated treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine on non-acute onset of asthma.[Methods] A randomized controlled,single-blind method was applied and patients with non-acute onset of mild and moderate asthma were divided into two groups: Western medicine treatment group and integrated treatment group.The treatment course was three months.By observing the changes of symptoms,signs and pulmonary function in patients before and after treatment the short-term effects were evaluated.[Results] It was statistically significant before and after treatment in two groups(P<0.05).After treatment the effect of integrated group was superior to Western medicine group only in total effective rate and pulmonary function improvement(P<0.05).[Conclusion] The integrated treatment for asthma was more effective than Western medicine in short-term effect.It has provided a clinical ideas for treating asthma with integrated medicine treatment and differentiated therapy.
