摘要:

[目的]观察柳氮磺吡啶联合四神丸超微颗粒剂保留灌肠治疗中度溃疡性结肠炎(UC)脾肾阳虚证的疗效。[方法]将78例UC患者分为治疗组(40例)和对照组(38例),两组均采用柳氮磺吡啶口服,治疗组加用四神丸超微颗粒剂保留灌,比较两种方法对中度溃疡性结肠炎脾肾阳虚证中医证候积分、Sutherland疾病活动指数差异。[结果]两者均能明显提高治疗有效率、降低中医证候积分、控制疾病活动程度(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组。[结论]柳氮磺吡啶联合四神丸超微颗粒剂保留灌肠治疗中度溃疡性结肠炎脾肾阳虚证可以提高治疗有效率、降低中医证候积分、控制疾病活动。

Abstract:

[Objective] To observe the effect of retention enema of Sulfasalazine combined with ultrafine particle of Four Miraculous Herbs Pill in treating ulcerative colitis(UC) with yang deficiency of spleen and kidney.[Methods] Seventy-eight patients with UC were divided into treatment group(40 cases) and control group(38 cases),both groups were treated with oral sulfasalazine and the treatment group were added with retained enema of ultrafine particle of Four Miraculous Herbs Pill.The differences of TCM Symptom scores and Sutherland disease activity index were compared.[Results] Both treatment can significantly improve efficiency,reduce TCM symptom scores,control the disease activity(P<0.05).The therapeutic effect of treatment group was better than that of control.[Conclusion] Retention enema of Sulfasalazine combined with ultrafine particle of Four Miraculous Herbs Pill can improve efficiency,reduce TCM symptom scores,control disease activity in treatment of ulcerative colitis with yang deficiency of spleen and kidney.
