益气养荣方对化疗所致骨髓抑制小鼠的影响

摘要:

[目的]观察益气养荣方对化疗所致骨髓抑制小鼠的影响。[方法]将30只Wistar大鼠随机分为空白组、对照组、中药组,每组10只。空白组予腹腔注射生理盐水,剂量为150 mg/kg;后两组均腹腔注射环磷酰胺150 mg/kg复制小鼠骨髓抑制模型,1 d后全部经目内眦眼底取血,检测血常规。中药组予益气养荣方10 mL/kg灌胃,2次/d,连续10 d。检测血常规、粒细胞-巨噬细胞集落刺激因子含量和脾脏指数。[结果]中药组体质量显著高于对照组,并且中药组外周血白细胞及血小板较对照组显著升高,中药组脾脏指数较实验组显著升高。[结论]益气养方汤可以控制大鼠体质量的下降,明显升高放化疗后骨髓抑制所致的外周血白细胞及血小板的减少,同时控制脾脏的增大。

Abstract:

[Objective] To observe the effect of Yiqi Yangrong decoction on mice with bone marrow depression induced by chemotherapy.[Methods] Thirty Wistar rats were randomly divided into blank group,control group,TCM group and each group composed of 10 rats.The rats of blank group was treated by intraperitoneal injection of physiological saline,150 mg/kg.After intraperitoneal injection of cyclophosphamide,150 mg/kg,the rats of both groups were suffered from bone marrow inhibition.One day after blood sample was obtained through inner canthus puncture for blood routine testing.In Chinese medicine group Yiqi Yangrong decoction,10 ml/kg,was given per oral,twice daily for 10 days.The blood routine test,granulocyte-macrophage-JiLa stimulating factor content and spleen index were measured.[Results] The body weight in Chinese medicine group was significantly higher than that of control group.Peripheral blood leukocytes and platelet were also significantly increased.Spleen index in Chinese traditional medicine group was significantly increased compared with the experimental group.[Conclusion] Yiqi Yangrong decoction can control rat weight dropping,significantly increase the decreasing of peripheral leukocyte and platelet induced by marrow inhibition caused by radiation and chemotherapy,at the same time control of the enlargement of the spleen.
