| 摘要: |
| [目的]制定奇顺额尔顿的薄层色谱鉴别方法。[方法]利用薄层色谱法对方中药材人工牛黄,黄连,苦参等进行鉴别。[结果]供试品与对照品(药材)色谱相对应的位置上呈现相同颜色的斑点,按同工艺制备的阴性液无干扰。[结论]制定奇顺额尔顿质量标准提供了实验依据。 |

| [Objective] To establish the thin layer chromatography(TLC) methods for Qi Shun E Er Dun.[Methods] Using TLC the differentiating of Niuhuang,Huanglian,Kushen was performed.[Results] In TLC the control material and the test sample showed the same color spots at the corresponding position,while the negative sample made according the same art showed no interference.[Conclusion] The study may provide the experimental basis for the quality control standard of Qi Shun E Er Dun. |
