[目的]观察疲劳性亚健康肝郁脾虚证人群生物电反馈指标特征变化,探讨应用生物电反馈检测手段评价疲劳性亚健康人群的指标特征。[方法]采用人体能量监测系统Auramed Biopulsar仪器收集手掌反馈各部位的器官生物电能量流动趋势,观察疲劳性亚健康肝郁脾虚证人群与健康人群在45个部位的指标变化。[结果]此次调查共收集221例受试者,其中疲劳性亚健康肝郁脾虚证者121例,健康对照者100例。与健康人群相比,疲劳性亚健康肝郁脾虚证者在甲状腺、口、鼻、脊柱、肾上腺、肩、胸腺、肾部位的分值有统计学差异(P<0.05)。其中甲状腺、口、鼻、脊柱、胸腺部位以能量不足为主;肩、肾上腺、肾则以能量阻滞为主。[结论]疲劳性亚健康肝郁脾虚证人群在甲状腺、口、鼻、脊柱、肾上腺、肩、胸腺、肾8个部位生物电能量流动趋势存在异常,初步分析可能与内分泌、免疫系统有关,但生物电反馈检测手段能否作为疲劳性亚健康状态的检测指标今后还需做进一步的研究及探讨。 |

Abstract: |
[Objective] To investigate the characteristics of indexes of bioelectricity feedback by observing the variations of indexes in fatigue people in sub-health status with syndrome of stagnation of liver-Qi and deficiency of spleen.[Methods] Using Auramed Biopulsar instrument with the human energy monitor system the data of the bioelectricity flow tendency of various organs through the palm feedback were collected.The changes of the indexes on 45 parts in fatigue people in sub-health status and health people.[Results] 221 research subjects were enrolled in this investigation.121 were fatigue people in sub-health status and 100 were health control.The results showed that scores were higher in parts of thyroid,mouth,nose,spinal,adrenal,shoulder,thymus,kidney in fatigue people in sub-health status than in healthy individuals (P<0.05).The thyroid,mouth,nose,spinal and thymus showed energy deficiency,while shoulder,adrenal,kidney showed energy blockage in fatigue people in sub-health status.[Conclusion] The abnormal bioelectricity flows of thyroid,mouth,nose,spinal,adrenal,shoulder,thymus,kidney of fatigue people in sub-health status may be related to endocrine and immune system.But whether the bioelectricity feedback detection can be the testing index or not for fatigued sub-health status,further research and explorations are necessary. |
