| [目的]探讨解毒通络法对类风湿关节炎病理进展中炎性因子的控制作用。[方法]复制胶原诱导型关节炎(CIA)大鼠,随机分为空白对照组,模型对照组,清痹片低剂量组、中剂量组、高剂量组,并以甲氨蝶呤治疗组作为阳性对照,致炎第21天起每天给药干预。从第1天初次免疫前开始,每隔2 d采用关节炎指数(AI)评分法分别评价各鼠前后4爪,记录多发性关节炎病变的发生及严重程度;同时用数显游标卡尺测量各鼠踝关节左右径(TD)、前后径(AD)及足垫厚度(PT)。分别于第1天和第49天对动物行X线放射学检查其后爪,并以X线片评分评价其关节破坏程度。[结果]模型组CIA大鼠关节炎指数改变量及X线片评分、双侧踝关节左右径、前后径及足垫厚度的改变量与空白对照组比较显著增加(P<0.01);清痹片中、高剂量组关节炎指数改变量与模型组相比显著降低(P<0.01);清痹片高剂量组X线片评分、踝关节左右径、前后径及足垫厚度的改变量与模型组相比显著降低(P<0.01);清痹片高剂量组关节炎指数改变量、踝关节前后径改变量及X线片评分与阳性对照组相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。[结论]解毒通络法能对抗胶原诱导型关节炎大鼠的炎症病变进展,减轻炎症症状。 |

| [Objective] To explore the controlling effects of dispelling toxins and dredging collaterals on the inflammatory factors of rheumatoid arthritis.[Methods] The model of collagen-induced arthritis (CIA) was duplicated in rats.They were randomly divided into blank group,model control group,Qingbi tablets of low,middle,high dosage groups,positive control group (methylaminopterin group).The administration of drug was started from the 21st day.Beginning at the first day after immunization the arthritis index (AI) was recorded every other day to evaluate the severity of the arthritic development in 4 claws of the rats.Meanwhile,the transverse diameter (TD),anteroposterior diameter (AD) and thick of feet pad (PT) of the rats were measured with a digital caliper.The hind paws were used for radiographic evaluation at the first and the 49th day.[Results] The scores of the X-rays and change of the AI,TD,AD and PT were increased significantly compared with the normal group (P<0.01).The AI of the rats treated with Qingbi tablets of middle and high dosage were decreased significantly compared with the model group (P<0.01).The scores of the X-rays,TD,AD and PT of the rats treated with Qingbi tablets of high dosage were lower significantly compared with the model group (P<0.01),and there was no significant difference of the scores of the X-rays,AI and AD of the rats treated with Qingbi tablets of high dosage compared with positive control group (P>0.05).[Conclusion] The dispelling toxins and dredging collaterals method can protect against inflammation pathological development of CIA rats and relieve inflammatory symptoms. |
