| 中西医结合治疗扩张型心肌病心力衰竭30例疗效观察 |

| 摘要: |
| [目的]观察中西医结合治疗扩张型心肌病心力衰竭的临床疗效。[方法]将60例扩张型心肌病心力衰竭患者随机分为2组,对照组(n=30)采用西医常规抗心衰治疗;治疗组(n=30)在对照组治疗的基础上加用自拟扩心方,15 d为1个疗程,6个疗程后观察有效率、心功能分级、心胸比例、左室内径、射血分数、6 min步行试验等临床疗效指标。[结果]治疗组总有效率为93%,对照组总有效率为70%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组临床疗效优于对照组。[结论]中西医结合治疗扩张型心肌病心力衰竭临床疗效确切。 |

| Abstract: |
| [Objective] To observe the effects of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine therapy on heart failure of dilated cardiomyopathy.[Methods] Sixty patients with heart failure of dilated cardiomyopathy were randomly divided into two groups: the treatment group(30 cases) and the control group(30 cases).The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the treatment group with Kuo Xin decoction on the basis of the drugs used in control group.A course of treatment was 15 days,the clinical effect was observed after 6 courses.[Results] The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93%,and that of the control group control group was 70%.There was statistically significant difference between these two groups(P<0.05).Clinical efficacy of the treatment group was better than the control group.[Conclusion] The integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine therapy has a definite effect on heart failure of dilated cardiomyopathy. |
