复方丹参滴丸治疗阿尔茨海默病疗效观察

摘要:

[目的]观察复方丹参滴丸治疗轻中度阿尔茨海默病(AD)的疗效及安全性。[方法]选择轻中度阿尔茨海默病(AD)70例,按照随机数字表法随机分成观察组和对照组各35例,观察组给予复方丹参滴丸治疗,对照组给予吡拉西坦治疗。两组均治疗16周。应用简易智能状态量表(MMSE)和日常生活能力量表(ADL)比较治疗前后临床疗效。[结果]观察组MMES、ADL评分分别为(21.38±3.11)分和(23.19±6.35)分;对照组为(18.45±3.22)分和(28.34±5.98)分。两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。观察组未发现严重不良反应。[结论]复方丹参滴丸治疗轻中度AD疗效优于吡拉西坦,且安全。

Abstract:

[Objective] To observe the efficacy and safety of Compound Danshen dripping pills in treating mild to moderate Alzheimer disease(AD).[Methods] Seventy patients with mild to moderate AD with 10-24 scores of MMSE were divided randomly into treatment group(35 cases) and control group(35 cases).The patients of the treatment group were treated with Compound Danshen dripping pills for 16 weeks and that of the control with piracetam for 16 weeks also.MMSE and ADL were taking to compare the clinical effect before and after the treatment of two group.[Results] MMSE and ADL scores of Compound Danshen dripping pills treatment group were(21.38±3.11) and(23.19±6.35) respectively.They were(18.45±3.22) and(28.34±5.98) in the control group respectively.The difference between the treatment and control groups was significant(P<0.01).The serious adverse reactions were not observed after treatment with the pills.[Conclusion] Compound Danshen dripping pills is more effective in treating patients with mild to moderate AD than piracetan and safer.
