| 通过对《石山医案》中出现的92首内服汤剂处方进行研究,总结出汪机临床常用的17味药物及其剂量分布情况。其中以补气药出现频次最高,剂量最大。结合医案总结了汪机用药特色主要有三方面:取法东垣,善用参芪,且常重用参芪;师法丹溪,滋阴清热,用量保守;佐使之药,引经和药,用量审慎。 |

| Seventeen frequently used herbs were screened by studying the 92 prescriptions taken orally in Shi Shan Yi An and the dosage characteristics of these frequently used herbs were summarized.Among them the appearance frequency of the herbs enriching Qi was the highest and the dosages of this sort of herbs that enriching Qi are largest.Three distinct traits of WANG Ji choosing and using herbs were summarized.WANG Ji learned from LI Dongyuan and ZHU Danxi(two famous doctors in Jin and Yuan dynasty) and was good at using of ginseng and astragalus with large dosages;the herbs enrich Yin and remove heat in the body with the conservative dosages;the dosages of the adjuvants and meridian-lead-in drugs were used cautiously. |
