摘要:

[目的]研究帕罗西汀结合心理疗法治疗抑郁和焦虑障碍共病的疗效及安全性。[方法]将84例抑郁、焦虑障碍共病患者随机分为单用心理治疗的心理组、单用帕罗西汀的药物组以及帕罗西汀结合心理治疗的综合组3组,每组各28例患者进行对照研究。疗程8周,采用汉密顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、疗效量表(TESS)及药物不良反应量表评定临床疗效和不良反应。[结果]心理组总有效率为53.6%,药物组为67.9%,综合组为85.7%。综合组总有效率优于心理组和药物组(P<0.05),并且综合组不良反应小于心理组和药物组。[结论]综合组起效相对较快,疗效相对显著,并且不良反应相对较少,值得临床推广。

Abstract:

[Objective] To research the efficacy and safety of paroxetine combined with psychotherapy in the treatment of depression comorbiditiesd with anxiety.[Methods] The 84 cases of clinic patients were randomly divided into three groups,each group 28 cases.The treatment group was given paroxetine combined with psychotherapy,and the two control groups were only given psychotherapy,or paroxetine.Use the HAMA,HAMD and TESS to observe the results after finish the whole treatment of 8 weeks.[Results] The total effective rate of the psychotherapy group was 53.6%,while that of the paroxetine group was 67.9%,and that of the combination group was 85.7%,The total effective rate of the combination group was superior to that of the psychotherapy group and the paroxetine group(P<0.05).In addition,the side effects of combination group was less than those in the other two groups.[Conclusion] Paroxetine combined with psychotherapy is more effective and faster in the treatment of depression comorbiditiesd with anxiety.
