摘要:

目前国际医学教育是建立在西方的系统之上的,其主流医学是以循证医学为基础并结合近二、三百年以来科学的进步而逐步发展起来的。一项针对几个不同的国家所进行的医学教育的比较研究表明,这些国家在大学教育,实习及专业培训方面有很多共同点。然而其评估和执行标准在国家与国家之间却有不同。这就促使世界医学会提议设定一个统一的国际医学教育最低标准大纲。没有这个大纲,将很难实行国际范围内的彼此认可和鉴定,而且这也是实现21世纪国际医学无边界的基本的一步。

Abstract:

At present international medicine education was building on the system of western,its main stream medicine development on the basis of evidence-based medicine combined with scientific improvement.A study aiming at medicine education comparison of several countries indicated that there were many common points in university education practice and profession training of these countries.But appraisal and execution standard were different among these countries.This promoted association medical mondiale proposed setting a unified minimum standard of international medical education.It was difficult to performance ratify and appraisement in international scope without this outline.Moreover,this was a primary step of coming true international medicine of 21 century without boundary.
