胃病Ⅲ号复方对功能性消化不良脾胃湿热证患者近期生活质量影响的研究

摘要:

[目的]观察胃病Ⅲ号复方对功能性消化不良脾胃湿热证患者近期生活质量的影响。[方法]采用随机、双盲的方法将104例脾胃湿热证功能性消化不良患者分为治疗组和对照组,分别采用胃病Ⅲ号和安慰剂治疗,疗程4周,治疗结束后第1个月随访;采用国际通用的SF-36量表对患者治疗前后及随访的生活质量进行评估。[结果]治疗后中药治疗组SF-36量表的8个维度[生理功能(PF)、生理职能(RP)、躯体疼痛(BP)、总体健康(GH)、生命活力(VT)、社会功能(SF)、情感职能(RE)、心理健康(MH)]积分以及躯体健康(PCS)、精神健康(MCS)积分均得到了改善;其中治疗后中药治疗组在GH、RE两个维度及PCS改善优于安慰剂对照组(P<0.05);随访后在RP、GH两个维度及PCS、MCS改善明显优于安慰剂组(P<0.01),在BP、VT、SF、RE 4个维度改善优于安慰剂组(P<0.05)。[结论]胃病Ⅲ号复方能够改善FD患者近期的生活质量。

Abstract:

[Objective] To evaluate the effect of gastropathy No.III prescription on the current life quality of patients with functional dyspepsia of spleen and stomach dampness-heat syndrome.[Methods] One hundred and four patients were randomly divided into two groups for a double-blind controlled study.The treatment group received the gastropathy No.III prescription and the control group received placebo.The treatment course was 4 weeks and the follow-up period was 1 month.The life quality of the patients was assessed with SF-36 scale.[Results] All the life quality parameters of the treatment group were improved.The effect in treatment group was superior to the control group on general health(GH),role emotion(RE) and physical component summary(PCS).At follow-up,the treatment group was obviously superior to the control group on role physical(RP),general health(GH),PCS and mental component summary(MCS)(P<0.01),it was also superior on body pain(BP),social function(SF),RE and vitality(VT)(P<0.05).[Conclusion] The gastropathy No.Ⅲ prescription can improve the current life quality of patients with functional dyspepsia of spleen and stomach dampness-heat.
