摘要: |
[目的]观察消渴肾方对早期糖尿病肾病(DN)血液流变学、尿白蛋白排泄率及血浆内皮素1(ET-1)的影响。[方法]将74例早期DN患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各37例,2组均采用饮食控制及降糖治疗,在此基础上,治疗组加消渴肾方治疗,对照组给予氯沙坦钾治疗,疗程4~5个月。观察:2组治疗前后血液流变学、尿白蛋白排泄率(UAER)及ET-1变化。[结果]治疗组治疗后血液流变学各项指标较治疗前明显下降(P<0.05),且明显优于对照组(P<0.05);2组治疗后尿白蛋白排泄率及ET-1与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但2组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。[结论]消渴肾方能改善DN患者的血液流变性、降低ET-1、减少尿白蛋白的排出,对延缓和防止DN进一步发展至终末期有较好疗效。 |

[Objective] To observe the effect of Xiaokeshen prescription on blood hemorheology,urinary albumin excretion rate and endothelin 1 in patients with early diabetic nephropathy.[Methods] Seventy-four patients were randomly divided into two groups: treatment group(37cases) and control group(37cases).The patients of two groups were received the same basic treatment including diet control and hypoglycemic therapy.The treatment group was given with Xiaokeshen prescription simultaneously and the control group was given with Cozaar.After treatment for four months and a half the hemorheology,urinary albumin excretion rate and endothelin 1 were detected.[Results] After treatment,indexes of hemorheology in treatment group were obviously decreased(P<0.05) and better than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was a statistical significance in urinary albumin excretion rate and endothelin 1 after treatment in both groups(P<0.05).But there was no statistical significance between two groups(P>0.05).[Conclusion] Xiaokeshen prescription can improve hemorheology,decrease endothelin 1,and reduce the excluding content of plasma urinary albumin in patients with DN.Xiaokeshen prescription has significant curative effect on patient with DN. |
