| [目的]观察抵挡汤对2型糖尿病患者血管内皮功能影响。[方法]选择2型糖尿病患者,观察抵挡汤对血管内皮功能及血清内皮素-1(ET-1)、血清一氧化氮(NO)的影响。[结果]抵当汤组肱动脉舒张率明显增加,血清ET-1水平下降,NO表达上调。[结论]抵当汤对2型糖尿病患者血管内皮功能具有较好的干预作用。 |

| Abstract: |
| [Objective] To observe the effect of Didang decoction on endothelial function in patients with type 2 diabetes.[Methods] We selected type 2 diabetes patients in my hospital from Jan to Dec of 2009.Endothelium-dependent dilation(FMD and inner diameter of brachial) and blood concentrations of endothelium-related factors(NO,ET-1) were measured before and after treatment.[Results] After treatment,both FMD and serum concentrations of NO were significantly increased in Didang decoction group,while plasma concentrations of ET-l were decreased.[Conclusion] Didang decoction can improve endothelium function in patients with type 2 diabetes,and its possible mechanisms may be involved in regulating endothelium-related factors. |
