芒果苷磷脂复合物的制备工艺研究

摘要:
[目的] 研究制备芒果苷磷脂复合物的最佳制备工艺。[方法] 以芒果苷与磷脂的复合率为评价标准,采用单因素考察和正交实验筛选工艺参数。[结果] 确定了制备芒果苷磷脂复合物的最佳工艺条件:以甲醇-丙酮为反应溶剂,芒果苷质量浓度为0.25 g/L,物料比摩尔比为1:1,反应温度为40 ℃,反应时间为2 h.[结论] 优化工艺可制得复合率较高的芒果苷磷脂复合物,简单可行。

Study on preparation method of mangiferin phospholipid complex

Abstract:
[Objective] To determine the best technology for preparing Mangiferin phospholipids complex. [Methods] The compounding rate of mangiferin and phospholipid was investigated with mono-agent investigation and orthogonal design test to analyze the technological parameters. [Results] The best conditions for preparing mangiferin phospholipid complex were as follows: methanol and acetone were used as reaction solvent, concentration of mangiferin in solvent was 0.25 g/L, molar ratio of mangiferin and phospholipid was 1:1, react was performed for 2.0 hr at 40 ℃。 [Conclusion] The optimized preparing technology can get mangiferin phospholipid complex with a high compounding rate. The technology is easy and feasible.
