| 摘要: |
| [目的]观察白芍总苷胶囊联合白疕汤治疗寻常性银屑病临床疗效。[方法]将128例寻常性银屑病患者随机分为治疗组(76例)与对照组(52例),两组均给予白疕汤,治疗组加用白芍总苷胶囊,两组以2个月为1个疗程,1个疗程后统计疗效。[结果]治疗组治愈率为38.2%,对照组治愈率为21.2%,两组治愈率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组治疗后银屑病皮损面积和严重程度指数(PASI)积分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]白芍总苷胶囊在寻常性银屑病治疗中可以提高临床疗效。 |

| [Objective] To observe the therapeutic effects of Total Glycosides of Wite Paeony Capsule combined with Baibi decoction on Psoriasis Vulgaris.[Method] The 128 patients were randomly divided into treatment group(76 cases) and control group(52 cases).All patients were given Baibi Decoction,but the patients in treatment group were also received Total Glycosides of Wite Paeony Capsule.The therapeutic courses were 2 months in both groups.Then the therapeutic effects of two groups were observed.[Results] The cure rate was 26.3% and 21.2% in treatment group and control group separately.There were statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The PASI scores after treatment in the two groups were statistical different(P<0.05).[Conclusion] Total Glycosides of Wite Paeony Capsule combined with Baibi Decoction is effective in treating the patients with psoriasis. |
