摘要:

高血压病是临床常见的心血管疾病之一,其发病率、病死率、致残率居高不下,而知晓率、治疗率、控制率低。中医药防治高血压病具有辨证论治的个体化诊疗模式、整体观念引导下的整体调节手段、"治未病"理念指导下的早期干预等特色,优势在于平稳降压,减少危险事件;改善症状,提高生活质量;保护靶器官,预防并发症;联用西药,减量减毒增效;非药物疗法,有效综合干预。

Abstract:

Hypertension is one of the common cardiovascular diseases,its incidence,mortality and disability rate are still high,but the awareness,treatment and control rate are low.Prevention and treatment of hypertensive disease with TCM has some characteristics,including individual treatment mode of syndrome differentiation,whole adjustment means guided by whole concept,early intervention under the guidance of "treating disease before onset" and so on.The advantages are steady and equilibrating decreasing the blood pressure and reducing the risk events;improving symptoms and enhancing the quality of life;protecting the target organs and preventing the complications;combining with Western medicine,decreasing the dose,detoxication and increasing the therapeutic effect;non-drug therapy and effective comprehensive intervention.
