网络成瘾,又称网络成瘾综合征(IAD),临床上是指由于患者对互联网络过度依赖而导致的一种心理异常症状以及伴随的一种生理性不适。中国互联网络信息中心(CNNlC)于2010年1月15日和4月26日分别发布了《第25次中国互联网络发展状况统计报告》和《2009年中国青少年上网行为调查报告》,两份报告显示截至2009年12月,中国网民规模已达3.84亿,其中青少年网民1.95亿,青少年互联网普及率已经达到54.5%,远高于整体网民28.9%的平均水平。而随着网络信息技术的发展,网络成瘾问题日益引起全社会的关注,据国内不同研究表明,网络成瘾的"发病率"在6%~15%,其中青少年人群中的发病率高于其他人群,网络成瘾也形象地被称为青少年的"电子海洛因"。这一数据也得到了国外研究的证实,Young的研究表明在大学生人群中网络成瘾的发病率约为8%~13%。网络成瘾综合征正成为不容忽视的医学、社会学、心理学问题,它不仅是个体的心理、生理疾病,更是与吸毒、酗酒等成瘾行为类似的新型社会病。 |

Thinking of phenomenon about internet addiction by theory of heat-transformation of TCM |

Internet addiction disorder (IAD)is a physical discomfort and abnormal psychology caused by eXcessive dependence on internet. China internet network information center (CNNIC) has released the 2009 investigation report of China yomagsters online behavior and the 25th Statistics report of Chinese Internet development. These two reports have displayed the number of Chinese Internet users reached 384 million, in which the youngsters' number is 195 million, the youngsters' penetration rate reached 54.5%, much higher than 28.9% of the average level. As the network information technology developed, the IAD has caused more and more concern.The investigations have displayed that the IAD ineidence rate was between 6% to 15%, in which the youngsters’ rate was higher than other peoples. Now the IAD was also figuratively called electronic heroin in youngsters. These data have confirmed by foreign investigations.Young's investigation has replayed that college students' penetration rate was between 8% to 13%. IAD has become a problem of medical, sociology, psychology. IAD is not only a individual psychology and physiologic disorder but also a new sociology disease similar to drub taking and alcohol abuse. |
