卡波姆981流变学性质的研究

摘要:
[目的]研究卡波姆981的流变学性质,为其在制剂中的应用提供参考。[方法]用Brookfield DV-ⅢULTRA流变仪测定不同条件下卡波姆溶液的黏度。通过与卡波姆934相比,对卡波姆981的流变学性质进行深入的探讨。[结果]卡波姆981溶液属于假塑性流体。卡波姆981对pH值、离子、机械剪切较敏感,对温度不敏感。[结论]卡波姆981对温度、离子、机械剪切的耐受性比卡波姆934要好。在制剂应用时,可以参考各条件下的流变学性质选择合适的条件。

Rheological characteristics of Carbopol 981

Abstract:
[Objective] To research the rheological characteristcs of Carbopol 981 for providing a conference in its preparation.[Methods] The viscosity of carbopol were measured under different conditions by Brookfield DV-Ⅲ ULTRA Rheometer.Through contrasting with Carbopol 934,the rheological characteristics of Carbopol 981 was deeply explored.[Results] Carbopol 981 was proved to be a false plastic fluid.It was more sensitive to pH change,ion concentration and mechanic shearing.[Conclusion] Carbopol 981 has better tolerance to temperature,ion concentration and mechanic shearing than Carbopol 934.These rheological data would be referred to choose suitable condition in the pharmaceutical preparation.
