| [目的] 建立新生脉散片中丹参素钠的含量测定方法。[方法] 色谱柱:Xterra@RP 185;流动相:甲醇-1%HAc(2:98);流速:1.0 mL/min;检测波长:280 nm.[结果] 丹参素钠的质量浓度在0.15~2.4 μg/mL范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0. 999 9),精密度、重复性、稳定性及加样回收率结果均能满足分析要求。[结论] 该法准确、专属性好、简便,可用于新生脉散片的质量控制。 |

| [Objective] To establish a method for determining sodium of Danshensu in new shengmaisan tablet. [Methods] Chromatography column: Xterra @ RP185 was used; the mobile phase consisted of methanol-1% acetic acid (2:98); the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min; the detection wavelength was 280 nm. [Results] The calibration curve showed a good linear correlation within the concentration range of 0.15~2.4 μg/mL (r=0.999 9) with satisfied precision, repetition, stability and recovery. [Conclusion] The method is convenient, accurate and specific. It could be used for the quality control of new shengmaisan tablet. |
