年龄、生理病理性因素对弦脉脉图影响研究

摘要:
[目的]探讨年龄、生理病理性因素对弦脉脉图的影响。[方法]应用天津中医药大学与天津大学联合研制的TD-Ⅲ型智能脉象信息检测仪器,临床采集200例不同类型弦脉,同时进行脉图描记,采用SPSS 18.0统计软件进行分析。[结果]年龄因素对取脉压力、主波高度(h1)、升支角∠α3组参数值影响较大,生理病理性因素对取脉压力、脉搏波图起始点到主波峰点的时值(t1)、h1、脉搏波图起始点到降中峡之间的时值(t4)、升支角∠α5组参数值影响较大。[结论]年龄、生理病理性因素对弦脉脉图具有一定的影响。

Effect of age, physiopathological factors on the graph of string pulse

Abstract:
[Objective] To discuss the effect of age,physiopathological factors on the graph of string pulse.[Methods] Applying instrument of TD-III type of intelligent pulse information detection developed together by Tianjin University of TCM and Tianjin University,the 200 clinical cases with different types of string pulse were collected and their graph of pulse were recorded simultaneously.The data were analyzed with SPSS 18.0 statistical software.[Results] The age factor produced significant effect on the pulse pressure,main wave height (h1),rising branch angle ∠α,while the physiopathological factors had significant effect on the pulse pressure,the chronaxie of spbygnogram from the starting point to the peak point of main wave(t1),h1,the chronaxie of spbygnogram from the starting point to the dicrotic notch(t4),and rising branch angle ∠α.[Conclusion] The age and physiopathological factors have some effects on the graph of string pulse.
