糖脂清过柱前后对KK-Ay小鼠血糖血脂药效学影响对比实验

摘要:
[目的] 对比治疗2型糖尿病新药糖脂清经过大孔树脂处理与未经过大孔树脂(过柱前后)在降血糖、调节血脂药效学方面有无差异.[方法] 应用糖尿病KK-Ay小鼠,大孔树脂处理前、后糖脂清8、4、2 g/kg灌胃给药5周,以拜唐苹为对照药,评价并比较过柱前、后糖脂清对小鼠血糖、血脂等的影响.[结果] 糖脂清过柱复方与未过柱复方均有降低小鼠饮水量、尿量趋势;能显着降低小鼠非禁食及灌胃蔗糖后30、60、120 min血糖浓度,降低血清甘油三酯(TG)、胰岛素含量,改善胰岛素抵抗.[结论] 糖脂清中山楂叶、丹参、赤芍经大孔树脂处理后没有降低整体药效.

Comparative experiment of TZQ on abnormal glucose and lipid metabolism in KK-Ay mice before and after passing macroporous resin

Abstract:
[Objective] To compare the effects of Tangzhiqing(TZQ), a new traditional Chinese anti-diabetic prescription containing five ingredients, on abnormal glucose and lipid metabolism before and after passing macroporous resin in KK-Ay mice. [Methods] KK-Ay diabetic mice were administrated with TZQ before and after passing macroporous resin at the dose of 8, 4, 2 g/kg for 5 weeks. Glucobay was taken as control. The effect of TZQ on blood glucose and Lipid in mice before and after passing macroporous resin was observed. [Results] Both kinds of TZQ tended to reduce fresh water intaking, urine volume of KK-Ay mice. They could also significantly reduce the non-fasting glucose and glucose at 30, 60, 120 min after sucrose was given orally. They could decrease TG, serum insulin and improve the insulin resistance. [Conclusion] TZQ, made up by Hawthorn Leaf, Danshen root, Red Paeony Root and so on, does not decrease the pharmacologyic effect after processing by macroporous resin.
