| 杜仲不同提取部位对离体血管舒张作用的研究 |

| 摘要: |
| [目的] 寻找杜仲中具有血管舒张作用的提取部位.[方法] 分离得到杜仲11个提取部位,采用大鼠胸主动脉环实验观察各提取部位的血管舒张作用.[结果] 在11个组分中只有组分6和11(终浓度0.4,0.8,1.2,1.6, 2.0 mg/mL)可浓度依赖性舒张去甲肾上腺素收缩的离体血管.[结论] 杜仲提取部位6和11富含杜仲中舒张血管的有效成分. |

| Effects of fractions at different part of Eucommia ulmoides on the vascular relaxation in vitro |

| [Objective] To find out the fraction of Eucommia ulmoides possessing the best effect of vascular relaxation [Methods] The aortic ring of rats was used as the experiment model to investigate the vascular relaxation effect of different fractions in Eucommia ulmoides. [Result] The fraction 6 and 11(final concentration 0.4, 0.8, 1.2, 1.6, 2.0 mg/mL) showed a good vasodilation effect in aortic rings precontracted with norepinephrine. [Conclusion] Fraction 6 and 11 enrich the constituents which has good vasodilation effect in Eucommia ulmoides. |
