化瘀通脉汤剂治疗冠心病心绞痛的疗效观察

摘要:

[目的] 观察化瘀通脉汤剂治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效。[方法] 选取符合入选标准病例180例, 随机分为两组, 试验组90例, 对照组90例。对照组给予规范冠心病心绞痛治疗, 试验组在规范治疗的基础上给予化瘀通脉汤剂, 每次1袋, 每日2次, 发作时予以含服硝酸甘油1~2片。观察治疗前后心绞痛发作时间、次数、程度、持续时间、诱发原因及硝酸甘油服用量及心电图变化。[结果] 试验组疾病治疗总有效率为65.6%, 对照组总有效率48.9%, 组间比较有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后组间患者心绞痛症状疗效差异有统计学意义。 [结论] 化瘀通脉汤剂治疗冠心病心绞痛可有效地改善症状。

Abstract:

[Objective] To observe the clinical effect of Huayu Tongmai decoction on angina pectoris. [Methods] The 180 patients of coronary heart disease were recruited and divided into two groups randomly. 90 cases were in treatment group and 90 cases were in control group. The conventional therapy was given to the patients in the control group. In addition to the conventional therapy, Huayu Tongmai decoction was given to the patients in the treatment group, 1 bag for each time, nitroglycerin 1~2 tab were given when angina frequency was onset. We observed efficacy and onset of angina frequency, duration, changes, nitroglycerin consumptiond and the changes of ECG. [Results] The total effective rate of the treatment group was 65.6%; the total effective rate of the control group was 48.9%; the total effective rate between the two groups had significant difference (P<0.05). [Conclusion] The clinical effects of Huayu Tongmai decoction for CHD angina pectoris is satisfactory.
