摘要:

[目的] 观察金水宝胶囊对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者血清中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)和免疫功能及肺功能的影响。[方法] 将 80 例慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者随机分为治疗组和对照组, 治疗组 40 例, 对照组 40 例, 两组均给予常规治疗, 治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用金水宝胶囊, 为期2 a, 统计结果, 观察两组患者血清中SOD、TNF-α和免疫功能及肺功能治疗前后的变化。[结果] 治疗后治疗组患者血清中SOD水平较对照组明显升高(P<0.01);TNF-α水平较对照组明显下降;免疫球蛋白水平较对照组明显增高(P<0.01).治疗组肺功能改善明显优于对照组(P<0.01).治疗组2 a中急性发作次数较对照组明显减少, 具有统计学意义(P<0.01). [结论] 金水宝胶囊可提高机体抗氧化能力, 增强机体免疫力, 干预 COPD 气道重塑, 提高临床疗效。

Abstract:

[Objective] To observe effects of the Jinshuibao capsule on serum levels of superoxide dismutase (SOD), tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-α) and immune function in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). [Methods] The 80 participants with the diagnosis of COPD were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group. The treatment group consisted of 40 participants that received the Jinshuibao capsules in addition to conventional treatments. The control group consisted of 40 participants that were given only conventional treatment. The course of treatment was 2 years. To observe the variation of SOD, TNF-α, immune function and lung function of two groups. [Results] The study resulted in increased SOD serum levels as well as decreased TNF-α levels in the treatment group (P<0.01), and the pulmonary function of participants in the treatment group were markedly improved. [Conclusion] The Jinshuibao capsule is effective in increasing antioxidant capacity as well as enhancing the immunity of patients. The Jinshuibao capsule can increase the curative effect on COPD patients.
