摘要:

[目的] 观察回族医药青白散痰搽剂对家兔及豚鼠皮肤的刺激性和致敏性。[方法] 以一次性给药和多次性给药的方法对脱毛家兔进行给药,观察该药对家兔皮肤刺激性反应;对豚鼠进行主动皮肤过敏性实验和再次激发实验,观察该药是否引起豚鼠皮肤或全身过敏反应。[结果] 家兔皮肤刺激性实验,肉眼观察红斑、水肿积分为0,病理组织切片未见明显异常;皮肤过敏性实验,未引起豚鼠皮肤过敏反应和全身过敏反应。[结论] 回族医药青白散痰搽剂未引起动物皮肤的刺激性反应和过敏性反应。

Abstract:

[Objective] To observe the skin irritability and sensibility of Qingbai Santan liniment, medicine in Hui minority, in rabbit and guinea pig. [Methods] Single administration and multiple delivery methods were used to the skin of shed rabbit to observe the skin irritability in rabbits; active skin allergy test and re-challenge test were used in guinea pigs to observe whether the drug could cause skin or systemic allergic reactions. [Results] The erythema and edema points were not find by naked eye in rabbit skin irritability experiment. The histopathology examination didn't show any abnormal finding. In the allergic skin test, it was found that the drug did not cause skin allergic reactions and systemic allergic reactions in guinea pigs. [Conclusion] The Hui medicine Qingbai Santan liniment does not cause any skin irritability and allergic reactions in rabbit and guinea pig.
