[目的] 研究新癀片的抗炎作用及其机制。[方法] 采用炎症模型大鼠角叉菜胶脚肿实验,测定造模前及造模后1、2 h踝关节肿胀度并测定血清中环氧合酶-2(COX-2)、组胺(HIS)、前列腺素E2(PGE2)、核因子(NF-κB)等指标、测定醋酸致小鼠腹膜炎模型血清中细胞因子白细胞介素-1α(IL-1α)、白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-10(IL-10)等。[结果] 新癀片能显着抑制大鼠角叉菜胶性脚肿,有显着的抗炎作用,其抗炎作用与抑制COX-2活性、减少血清IL-1α、IL-1β、组胺含量,增加血清IL-6含量相关。[结论] 新癀片的抗炎作用机制可能与其抑制COX-2和NF-κB,降低PGE2含量,减少血清IL-1β、组胺含量,抑制细胞因子及炎症介质有关。 |

[Objective] To investigate the anti-inflammatory effect and mechanism of Xinhuang tablet. [Methods] The anti-inflammatory models were induced by bilaterally adrenalectomized mice,carrageenan-induced hind swelling in rats ,peritonitis model were induced by glacial acetic acid, the content of COX-2, HIS, PGE2 and IL-1α, IL-1β, IL-6, IL-10 were measured. [Results] Xinhuang tablets show a marked suppressive effect on carrageenan-induced hind swelling. It's effect related to inhibition of COX- 2,reduction of IL-1α, IL-1β, HIS, increasing IL-6, IL-10. [Conclusion] The anti-inflammatory effect and mechanism of Xinhuang tablets may related to reduce IL-1β and HIS, inhibit cellular and humoral immunity. |
