响应面法优化零陵香水溶性多糖组分提取工艺及其抗炎作用的研究

摘要:
[目的] 优化零陵香水溶性组分中多糖的最佳提取工艺,研究其抗炎效果。[方法] 应用Design Expert软件响应面法(RSM)对零陵香多糖的提取工艺进行优化,以最佳提取工艺提取零陵香多糖,并进行抗炎实验。[结果] 零陵香多糖浸提的最佳工艺条件为:温度98 ℃,时间20 min,液料比30 mL/g,实际最大提取率为1.28%,与预期的1.34%拟合度较高。零陵香多糖在0.75~3.00 g/kg(生药)浓度范围具有抗炎能力。[结论] 响应面法可应用于零陵香多糖提取的工艺优化;其抗炎效果与剂量成呈正相关性。

Extract technique of water-soluble polysaccharide of Lysimachia foenum-graecum Hance optimized by RSM and its anti-inflammatory actions

Abstract:
[Objective] To optimize the excellent extracted technique of water-soluble polysaccharide of Lysimachia foenum-graecum Hance (LP) by RSM and study its anti- inflammatory actions. [Methods] Using Design-Expert (RSM) the extract technique were optimized and the PL was extracted with the obtained technique. The anti-inflammatory actions of LP were observed. [Results] The best factors expected (yield 1.34%) were 98 ℃, 20 min, 30 mL/g, and the real yield was 1.28%. LP had anti-inflammatory actions within the range of 0.75~3.00 g/kg. [Conclusion] RSM can be used for LP extraction and the actions of anti-inflammatory are dose-dependent.
