| [目的] 通过对寻常型银屑病现代文献的研究分析,总结本病不同时期常见症状的分布特点.[方法] 检索1949-2009年的有关文献,采用EpiData3.1软件建立寻常型银屑病的症状文献数据库,应用统计软件SPSS18.0对症状的频次、频率进行统计分析.[结果] 各个时期出现频次前10位的症状和频次如下.进行期:黄苔277次、红舌272次、数脉263次、新皮损不断出现247次、皮损鲜红223次、小便短黄209次、弦脉205次、瘙痒195次、滑脉189次、心烦173次;静止期:细脉165次、皮损淡红97次、沉脉91次、缓脉87次、浸润肥厚83次、薄苔82次、皮损暗红73次、淡红舌73次、白苔68次、瘙痒62次;退行期:细脉121次、旧皮损消退85次、皮损淡红79次、沉脉75次、缓脉68次、淡红舌67次、少苔55次、薄苔45次、白苔40次、口干39次.[结论] 结合常见症状,寻常型银屑病进行期的病机特点是阳热亢盛,静止期和退行期是正虚津亏或夹瘀. |

| [Objective] To summarize the distribution law of common symptoms of psoriasis vulgaris on different stages through analyzing the correlated modern literature.[Methods] We have searched the modern literature about psoriasis vulgaris from 1949 to 2009,built up a symptoms literature data-base by EpiData 3.1 software,statistically analyzed the frequency and frequency time with SPSS18.0 software.[Results] The first ten symptoms and frequency at each stage were as follows.In active stage:yellow coating 277 times,red tongue 272 times,rapid pulse 263 times,continuously emerging of new skin lesion 247 times,red lesion 223 times,yellow urine 209 times,wiry pulse 205 times,itch 195 times,smooth pulse 189 times,vexation 173 times.In quiescent stage:string pulse 165 times,light red lesion 97 times,deep pulse 91 times,moderate pulse 87 times,infiltration and pachynsis 83 times,thin tongue coating 82 times,dark red lesion 73 times,pale red tongue 73 times,white coating 68 times,itch 62 times.In egression stage:string pulse 121 times,old lesion fading 85 times,light red lesion 79 times,deep pulse 75 times,moderate pulse 68 times,pale red tongue 67 times,less coating 55 times,thin coating 45 times,white coating 40 times,dry mouth 39 times.[Conclusion] Combine with the common symptoms it is indicated that the pathogenesis of psoriasis vulgaris in active stage is excessive Yang heat,while in quiescent and egression is weakened body resistance,deficiency of body fluid or blood stagnant. |
