疏肝健脾方对腹泻型肠易激综合征大鼠多巴胺信号通路结肠黏膜吸收功能的影响 |

摘要: |
[目的] 探讨疏肝健脾方对腹泻型肠易激综合征(D-IBS)模型大鼠结肠黏膜吸收功能的影响。[方法] 将体质量(200±20)g 雄性SD大鼠随机分为D-IBS模型组、疏肝健脾方治疗组和正常对照组,经过造模及疏肝健脾方治疗后,采用短路电流技术体外测定各组大鼠结肠黏膜的短路电流变化,并观察多巴胺(DA)、去甲肾上腺素(NE)和疏肝健脾方对大鼠结肠黏膜短路电流的影响。[结果] D-IBS模型组较正常组大鼠基础短路电流值略高,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);NE可引起大鼠结肠黏膜短路电流下降,且D-IBS模型组较正常组下降幅度明显增加(P<0.05);经疏肝健脾方治疗后,治疗组较模型组对DA 引起的最大短路电流变化明显减小(P<0.05)。[结论] DA可引起D-IBS模型大鼠结肠黏膜吸收活动增强,疏肝健脾方能通过改善D-IBS大鼠对DA的反应性而发挥其改善肠道吸收功能的作用。 |

Abstract: |
[Objective] To investigate the effects of Shugan Jianpi prescription (SGJP) on the absorptive function of colon mucosa in rats with irritable bowel syndrome diarrhea predominant (D-IBS) induced by dopamine (DA). [Methods] Male Sprague-Dawley rats (200±20) g were randomly divided into three groups: normal group, D-IBS group and SGJP group. Short circuit current (Isc) technology was employed for detecting the change of short circuit current of colon mucosa in rats in vitro after modeling and treatment with SGJP. The influence of DA, norepinephrine (NE) and SGJP on the Isc of colon mucosa was observed. [Results] The basal current (BC) between D-IBS and normal group showed no significant difference(P>0.05); compared to the normal group, the short circuit current change(△Isc) of D-IBS group was significantly reduced by NE(P<0.05); the △Isc of SGJP group was significantly decreased after treatment with SGJP (P<0.05). [Conclusion] Compared with the normal group, the absorptive function induced by DA in D-IBS group was significantly increased; SGJP could cure the D-IBS rats by improving this response. |
