| 四联疗法治疗肾虚血瘀型膝关节骨性关节病的临床研究 |

| 摘要: |
| [目的] 观察四联疗法治疗肾虚血瘀型膝关节骨性关节病(KOA)的有效性和安全性。[方法] 将62例肾虚血瘀型KOA患者随机分为四联疗法治疗组(针刺、中药热敷、骨伤推拿手法、功能锻炼)和扶他林治疗组(扶他林乳胶剂、微波治疗、功能锻炼),分别于治疗前和治疗后第3、6、9、12天共5个时间点以视觉模拟疼痛评分(VAS)和美国特种外科医院(HSS)改良膝关节评分为评价指标,对照观察患者症状改善情况并评价安全性。[结果] 两组间疗效差别有统计学意义,四联疗法组的疗效优于扶他林治疗组。[结论] 四联疗法治疗肾虚血瘀型膝关节骨性关节病疗效安全、可靠,便于临床推广应用。 |

| [Objective] To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of quadri-combined therapy on knee osteoarthritis (KOA) with kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome. [Methods] Sixty-two KOA patients with kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome were randomly divided into quadri-combined therapy group (acupuncture, traditional Chinese medicine hot pack, bone fracture massage, function exercise) and voltaren therapy group (voltaren latex, microwave, function exercise). The clinical efficacy was evaluated based on VAS and HSS knee score and the symptom improvement before treatment and on 3, 6, 9, 12 days after. [Results] The treatment efficacy of quadri-combined therapy group on KOA with kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome was better than that of voltaren therapy group. [Conclusion] The quadri-combined therapy on KOA with kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome is effective and safety. |
